FACT FINDING MISSION: CULINARY ARTS
CTE Culinary Arts second-year students attended the Michigan Restaurant Association Show Oct. 17 in Novi. Says Instructor Heidi Rocha: "The students walked the Restaurant Show floor, taste-tested products and gathered information for our catering business. We will be using some of the new products to update our catering menu. We also watched a cooking demonstration by Chef Chris McClendon and taste-tested his savory & spicy roasted chicken, fried okra, grits, and vegetables. It was super-tasty!!" #CTEitsWorking
